Some healthy lunch ideas for Fast Lunch include a deli sandwich. Load up on the lower fat meats and vegetables. Make sure you choose the whole wheat bread. Skip the mayo and use some mustard or fat free ranch dressing. Remember you can get a whole wheat bun for that veggie burger, you just need to ask.
Soups are available daily. Go for the broth based soups, vegetable or bean. Make sure you have a salad with lots of raw vegetables, go easy on the dressing. There are fat free options for salad dressings available at all the dining halls. Have a fruit with your lunch. You can take a fruit with you for a healthy afternoon or evening snack.
